Cassandra Griffitt is our customer service representative at Arthur Morris Lifestyle Wealth Management. Prior to joining our firm Cassandra worked in retail, the food industry, and for the Missouri Department of Agriculture. She says, “From working in the industries I have; it has made me well rounded with customer service and support. Being able to understand and relate to our customers outside of our business has made it easy to build client relationships.”
Cassandra plans to use her knowledge moving forward to continue to provide the best customer service experience possible. “I want to be a friendly face within the community”, she says.
Cassandra is a Saline County native and grew up in Marshall, Missouri, where she still lives. When Cassandra is not working, she continues to stay busy being involved in her hometown. She enjoyed FFA in high school and was an officer for two years. Her love of the ag program continued beyond graduation, and she is now the vice president of their alumni board. She helps plan events as well as judging local FFA contests. Along with that she helps run part of the saline county fair by organizing the queen contest, she was a past winner and wants to share her experience with the young ladies for her county. “This was one of the most rewarding experiences I have ever had. Walking around the fair helping our local youth get ready for showing and having my shadows of three little girls walking with me. My main goal was to set a good example for the littles ones.” In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dog Delilah, being outside, spending time with family and friends, reading, and going to her younger siblings’ events.
